Cocktail of the Day: Mango and Almond Caipirinha

                                                                 

1un.          Lime
1oz           Almond syrup
3\4oz        Amaretto di Saronno
1oz           Fresh mango Puré
1-1\4oz    Cachaça

Obs. Muddle the lime and the syrup together, add crushed ice and the other ingredients and mix with the bar spoon.

Garnish:Cane of sugar stick, 2 lime wedges and redcurrents
